Affiliate Statement & Disclosures

At Basically Botanicals we are all about quality. Whether its our own merchandise or the stuff we use in our everyday lives, inferiority is not something we're willing to accept.

When we find something amazing, something full of benefits, something we can't help but fall in love with, we like sharing that with our friends and family - you included!

We only endorse products and services we have determined are of high quality; typically this means it is something we have used or expereinced first hand. On occasion, we come across an awesome product or service that has brought a lot of value to friends or family. In these cases, we may choose to recommend a product or service based on the trusted recommendation of the people closest to us.

Affiliate & Referral Links

When we make recommendations, they will typically include a link to the product or service being recommended. These links are what is known as an affiliate or referral.

We will do our best to highlight affiliate links by placing "(Affiliate Link)" after any such links. However, it would be safe to assume any link we provide to a product or service is an affiliate or referral link.

If you utilize any of these affiliate or referral links to purchase a product or service we have recommended, we may receive a small commission from the vendor as a "Thank You".

Commissions can vary from product to product or service to service and be anywhere from cents to dollars, sometimes slightly more. Depending, a commission might be paid as a typical one-time commission or could be paid as what is known as a "Rolling Commission". A rolling commission would be for things like monthly services where we might get a small percentage each month that you maintain your subscription.

Is There A Catch? Extra Costs?

These commissions are paid to us at no extra cost to you.

The most important part to know about all of this is it has zero impact on what you pay. Commissions are paid entirely by the vendor out of their marketing budgets and does not increase the price you pay for the product or service.

Who Do We Work With?

Below you'll find a list of our Affiliate Partners. In some cases, we work directly with a vendor, like Amazon or Etsy. In other cases, vendors utilize an affiliate broker to manage their affiliate relationships.

For example, as an Amazon Associate, we will earn from qualifying purchases that you've accessed with one of our links. This is the case for any link to a product sold through Amazon's website(s). Below this will be listed as:

Other vendors may not be as obvious but we will attempt to make it easy to understand. We will do this by listing the Broker with the Vendors that use them listed below them. If the vendor's name is not easily recognizable, we will include their more common name in parentheses. Here is an example using "ABC Broker" as a broker for Meta Platforms, Inc and Alpabet, Inc.:
