Please carefully review our Shipping and Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us and covers shipping and delivery. Shipping Addresses that cannot be validated may have orders cancelled.

Processing, Shipping & Delivery Times?

Processing:

Everything is Made-To-Order; Please allow 1 - 4 business days for us to prep and print your item(s) before shipping.

Shipping & Delivery:

Shipping may vary depending on item(s) and shipping destination(s). We are partnered with Professional Printing Partners to utilize their expertise and scale to manage the final production and shipping of our products.

We currently only ship to the United States of America. As we grow, we hope to expand our offerings internationally but, in order to be compliant with all laws and regulations, it requires overhead we simply do not have yet as an independant small business.

All of our items typically ship First Class via USPS which typically takes 2 - 7 business days to arrive. This is an estimate and shipping time will vary depending on your order and location. You will receive an email update including a Tracking Number once your order has shipped.

Our Production Partners have facilities around the country and we utilize that to help keep envinronmental impact and costs to a minimum. We are able to do this by finalizing production in a facility close to the final delivery address.

Some items may be shipped separately depending on a variety of factors. Sometimes this is because the items are disimilar and produced by differeing production partners. For example, the final production of a T-Shirt and Coffee Mug would be done at different facilities. Other factors, such as delivery location and available stock of a particular size, color, or other varient may also cause them to ship separately. In these cases, you may recieve all of your items in a single package or each item in separate packages.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with the tracking information and instructions. Please allow 24-48 hours for information to update in the tracking portal.

During certain times of the year, the Holiday Season especially, shipping delays are common. We do our best to inform you of these delays in our Shop Announcements on Etsy and on our website. We also try to inform you of the recommended "last day to order" for any upcoming holiday or event you might be shopping for.

If we or our partners are experiencing an unusually high volume of orders or uncommon issues impacting commerce globally, shipments may be delayed by up to an additiona 5 days. If longer delays are expected, we will do our best to communicate these delays to you directly.

Customs Fees & Import Taxes

We are not responsible for any customs or import fees you may incur during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, VAT, etc.).
